How do I book an appointment?You can book an appointment through our website, by phone, or via email. Online booking is the easiest and fastest way to secure your preferred time slot.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book?We value your time and ours, and to ensure others have the opportunity to book services, we require $25 deposit will be required to secure an appointment, which will go toward the scheduled service. .

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?We require at least 3 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service cost, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

What if I am late to my appointment?Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late.

Can I get a facial if I have sensitive skin?Yes! We customize all facials to suit different skin types, including sensitive skin. Be sure to inform your esthetician of any allergies or sensitivities.

Are extractions included in every facial?Extractions are included in some facials but may be added to others upon request. They help remove clogged pores and blackheads for clearer skin.

What should I do to prepare for my facial?Arrive with a clean face (if possible, no makeup or heavy skincare products). Avoid exfoliating for 24 hours before your appointment. Inform your esthetician of any new skincare treatments or medications you are using.

What is the aftercare for a facial?Avoid direct sun exposure and wear SPF daily. Do not use harsh exfoliants or active ingredients (like retinol) for at least 48 hours. Stay hydrated and follow any recommended skincare routine from your esthetician.

How long does my hair need to be for waxing or sugaring?Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) for effective removal.

Does waxing or sugaring hurt?Pain tolerance varies, but both methods remove hair from the root, causing some discomfort. Sugaring is generally considered less painful than waxing.

Can I wax or sugar if I am on my period?Yes, but you may be more sensitive to pain during this time. If booking a Tahitian, Brazilian or bikini wax, we ask that you wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup.

Are there any conditions that would prevent me from waxing or sugaring?You should avoid waxing or sugaring if you: Are using Retin-A, Accutane, or strong exfoliants that thin the skin. Have sunburn, open wounds, or active skin infections in the area. Have had recent laser treatments, peels, or chemical exfoliations.

What should I do if I have a reaction to a treatment?While rare, some clients may experience temporary redness or irritation. If you have a reaction, please contact us immediately for guidance on aftercare.

Can I wear makeup after my treatment?It’s best to avoid makeup for at least 24 hours after facials or hair removal to allow the skin to breathe and recover.
