 Introduction & Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MNK Aesthetics' services, website, and related offerings. By accessing or booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Eligibility & Use of Services

  • ou must be 18 years or older to book an appointment. Minors require parental/guardian consent.

  • You agree to provide accurate information when booking or using our services.

  • Our services are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or used for unauthorized purposes.

Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 3 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without prior notice may be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.

  • Results may vary based on individual skin type, aftercare, and consistency.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed before treatment.

  • Clients are responsible for following the recommended aftercare guidelines to maintain results.

Payment Terms

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and offline payments (e.g., cash, Zelle).

  • All payments are non-refundable except in cases where MNK Aesthetics cancels the appointment.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Privacy Policy & Data Collection

  • We collect and store personal information only for booking, payment processing, and communication purposes.

  • We do not sell, trade, or share client information with third parties.

  • Transactions are securely processed using third-party banking services to protect your financial data.

Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin concerns before receiving treatment.

  • We reserve the right to decline services if a condition poses a risk to the client's health or safety.

  • MNK Aesthetics follows strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure client safety.

  • Clients are expected to treat our staff with respect and professionalism.

  • Any disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may result in refusal of service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
